Depending on the processing activity, the data may be processed on the basis of whichever of the following conditions set out in Article 5 of the KVKK applies: the processing is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract; it is necessary for the data controller to fulfil its legal obligation; it is necessary for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right; or it is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject. To the extent necessary to fulfil the purposes set out above, your personal data may be transferred to hosting and cloud infrastructure providers, email and communication service providers, information technology and security service providers, professional advisers, and public institutions and organisations authorised by law.

Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, to the extent the relevant conditions are met, you have the right to:

- request information about the processing, if your data has been processed;
- learn the purpose of the processing and whether the data is used in accordance with that purpose;
- know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom the data has been transferred;
- request the rectification of incomplete or inaccurately processed data;
- request the erasure or destruction of the data within the framework of the conditions set out in the KVKK;
- request that the rectification, erasure or destruction be notified to the third parties to whom the data has been transferred;
- object to any outcome to your detriment arising from the analysis of the data exclusively through automated systems;
- claim compensation for any damage you suffer as a result of unlawful processing.

You may submit your requests under the KVKK to the data controller in accordance with the procedures for data subject applications. You may send your applications to info@gtalk.com.tr or in writing to “1a Jubilee Avenue, London Colney, St. Albans, England, AL2 1QG”. Depending on the nature of the application, additional information may be requested to verify your identity and your request.
Applications are assessed within the time limits and in accordance with the procedures set out in the KVKK and related legislation.
